Thank you for shopping with MHOK Lifestyle! We take great care in inspecting and packing your products. All purchases made with us are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are here to help resolve the issue quickly.

Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction with size or color, or damages caused by wear and tear, improper care, misuse, or accidental handling after delivery. Returns will only be considered if the item received is damaged (with valid proof) or different from what was originally ordered. 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your request must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unboxing Video Required: You must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened for the first time, clearly highlighting the damaged product.

  • Time Frame: Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order (based on tracking delivery status).

  • Condition: The item must be in its original packaging along with all tags, accessories, and promotional materials.

⚠️ Important Note: Return requests without a valid unboxing video or those submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Your Email/Phone Number].

  2. Include your Order ID and attach the unboxing video showing the package opening and product damage.

  3. Once our team verifies the video and approves your request, we will share further instructions for returning the item.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be initiated immediately.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method (or designated bank account) within 7 business days.
